THE ORDER JOURNEY
We break down our shipping process into clear stages so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Processing & Handling Stage
Verification: Orders are initiated once payment is successfully authorized.
Daily Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
Operating Days: Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays.
Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days. During this period, we pick, pack, and prepare your items for the carrier.
2. Transit & Shipping Stage
Once your package leaves our facility, it enters the transit phase.
Transit Time: 4 – 9 Business Days.
Total Delivery Window: Typically 5 – 11 Business Days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $4.99 applies to all orders.
Carriers: We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal providers. Carrier selection depends on current logistics and your specific location.
3. Tracking & Monitoring
Notification: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number within 2 business days.
Data Sync: Please allow 3 – 7 days for the carrier to update their system with the first scan. If tracking is not immediately active, your package is currently in transit to the primary sorting hub.
SHIPPING SCOPE & LIMITS
To maintain high service standards, we currently operate within specific geographical limits:
Service Area: We ship exclusively to the Continental United States.
Exclusions: We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Custom Items: Orders requiring personalization or specialized manufacturing may require additional time beyond our standard handling window.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. Tardozstore is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
Post-Shipment Changes: We cannot be held liable for loss or theft if a package is redirected or forwarded through the carrier after it has left our warehouse.
